WeHaul is licensed and insured. If your building requires a certificate of insurance or other documentation, send us the requirements before moving day so they can be coordinated in advance.
If your building requires an elevator reservation, yes. Many condos and apartment buildings have designated moving hours and require freight or service elevators to be reserved ahead of time. Check with your building management before your move.
Yes. We can help with moves between units in the same apartment or condo building, including moves between different floors.
Stairs and long carries can increase the amount of time and labor required for a move. Access conditions are therefore considered when preparing your moving quote.
